Education:

Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or similar.

Graduate degree (MSc/MA) is a plus.

Hands-on experience in UX/UI or related domains.

Experience:

8+ years in Banking or Financial industry (preferred).

Experience in the GCC region (preferred).

Strong foundation in Human-Centered Design.

Expertise in designing for native app UI and web platforms.

Lead product aesthetics and brand alignment to the head of designs vision

Create wireframes, collaboration with Designers, Researchers and UI engineers, co-create UX within Agile delivery mode.

Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and design decisions.

Estimate design efforts and plan UX workstreams.

Develop information architecture based on content strategy and audience.

Translate features into design backlog items.

Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to shape and co-create digital experiences.

Interact with business analysts and product owner for business requirements gathering, communicating the

designs, supporting the business in expressing the product specifications.

Assess existing digital experiences for UX consistency.

Collaborate with designers, analysts, product owners, and front-end engineers.

Support design handover and integration feedback.
