The Senior Product Designer plays a key role in shaping the company's products' user experience and visual design. This role involves leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in translating business goals and user needs into exceptional design outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Building our design system and following the WCAG.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI components such as navigation menus, search bars, tabs, and widgets for our design system.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience working in UI/UX design for digital products or services
• Experience with design software (e.g. Figma, Protopie)
• Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
• Time management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for details
• Strong verbal and written communicator; must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people
