Job Summary

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of innovative furniture products. The role involves conceptualizing, developing, and finalizing designs that combine aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. The Senior Product Designer will also mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new furniture collections from concept to production
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
• Research trends, materials, and finishes to develop contemporary and functional designs
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior designers in design processes, software, and best practices
• Revise and optimize designs based on client feedback, production constraints, or market demands
• Maintain organized records of designs, prototypes, and documentation
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, quality, and company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; advanced knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of furniture materials, joinery, finishes, and production processes
• Proven creativity and ability to develop innovative, market-ready designs
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in furniture or product design, with proven experience in senior or lead design roles

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
