Senior Product Designer

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design and development of innovative furniture products. The ideal candidate will combine strong design aesthetics with functional product knowledge to deliver high-quality furniture concepts that align with market trends and company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of new furniture products from concept to final production
• Create detailed design drawings, 3D models, and prototypes using CAD software
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive products
• Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and functional standards
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices
• Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and product presentations to management
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection and sourcing
• Maintain design documentation, specifications, and product libraries
• Continuously innovate and improve existing product lines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in furniture, interiors, or product design
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, 3D Max, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent visualization, sketching, and prototyping skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
