Drive is DoorDash's first party delivery-as-a-service platform, and is one of the fastest growing segments within DoorDash. Its purpose is to realize DoorDash's mission of empowering local businesses everywhere by expanding access to DoorDash's delivery capabilities. With Drive, merchants receive orders through their first-party channels (leveraging their own brand identity and voice), and utilize DoorDash's delivery fleet to fulfill the order. Drive powers delivery for businesses small and large, from local neighborhood restaurants to national brands with thousands of locations.
The Drive team is on mission to redefine innovation in the delivery space for merchants across all verticals- restaurants, grocery, retail, and more. We're building a branded, first party delivery service that merchants, consumers and Dashers love, and are already the 2nd fastest business within DoorDash to reach 1 million deliveries.
As a Product Designer on the Drive team, you'll work with product managers, engineers, and other XFN partners to build outstanding logistics and delivery experiences for dashers, merchants, and consumers. You'll work on 0 to 1 product areas, influence long term strategy and vision, and solve challenging design problems that sit at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds.
You will report into the Design Manager for Drive, under the Dasher organization. This role will have a hybrid work model, working from one of our offices once a week.
