Senior Product Designer (UI UX) - Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Remote (Any location in Pakistan)

About the company:

We are a fast-growing, design-led platform serving the travel, aviation, yacht charter, and concierge industries. Our products support both ultra-high-net-worth clients and internal operational teams, blending luxury-grade experiences with complex, data-driven workflows. We value creativity, technical excellence, and strategic thinking, giving our team the freedom to shape product experiences from end to end.

Role overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our platform — from internal dashboards to client-facing membership experiences. You will define problems, design elegant solutions, and deliver production-ready outputs. Working closely with the Technical Lead, you will prioritize design work based on business impact and engineering capacity, and influence the product roadmap while ensuring a seamless, luxury-grade user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Role Responsibilities

Product Design

  • Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering production-ready screens in Figma.
  • Design complex operational dashboards for agent communication, booking workflows, task management, and analytics.
  • Craft iOS and Android mobile experiences including messaging, notifications, and real-time updates.
  • Design AI-powered features such as conversation summaries, intelligent suggestions, automated alerts, and predictive workflows.
  • Elevate client-facing membership portals, booking journeys, and preference systems to a refined, luxury-grade standard.

Strategy & Systems

  • Co-own the product roadmap with the Technical Lead — define priorities, identify UX bottlenecks, and align design work with engineering capacity.
  • Audit existing platforms and create prioritized redesign roadmaps to address usability gaps and optimize experiences.
  • Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system, including components, patterns, interaction states, tokens, and documentation.
  • Work 1–2 sprints ahead of engineering to proactively solve edge cases, error states, and empty states.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Participate in sprint planning, review implementations, and iterate based on technical constraints and real-world feedback.
  • Mentor junior designers to maintain consistent quality and design standards.
  • Deliver thorough documentation: annotated files, rationale, and clear developer specifications.
  • Stay ahead of emerging UX patterns, AI interface conventions, and product design best practices.

Requirements

· 5+ years designing digital products across web and mobile.

· Portfolio demonstrating complex dashboards, multi-step workflows, and data-heavy systems (beyond marketing sites).

· Expert-level proficiency in Figma — auto layout, components, variants, interactive prototypes, tokens, and developer handoff.

· Strong information architecture skills — simplifying complex processes into intuitive systems.

· Advanced interaction design — micro-interactions, transitions, loading states, and polished feedback patterns.

· Refined visual design sensibility with luxury-grade aesthetics (typography, spacing, hierarchy, color).

· Deep understanding of web and native mobile platform conventions (iOS and Android).

· Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch.

· Experience designing multi-role platforms with permission-based visibility.

· Expertise in notification systems, alert hierarchies, and real-time status indicators.

· Strong responsive design capability across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

· Solid understanding of design-to-development handoff best practices.

Who you are:

· Self-directed and proactive — able to define problems and make product-level decisions without a dedicated Product Manager.

· Skilled at balancing speed with quality, knowing when to refine and when to ship.

· Strong communicator — able to present and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

· Confident in giving and receiving direct feedback.

· Curious and up-to-date on AI-driven interfaces, predictive workflows, and emerging UX trends.

Good to have:

· Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with engineers.

· Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, or real estate.

· Experience designing messaging-first or real-time communication platforms.

· Experience with CRM, operational, or analytics dashboards.

· Familiarity with AI/ML interaction patterns (confidence indicators, human-in-the-loop systems).

· Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.

· Experience leading design-led discovery sessions or stakeholder workshops.

· Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.

What we offer:

· Full ownership of high-impact products influencing both internal operations and client experiences.

· A rare opportunity to shape product strategy and user experience within a growing, design-led platform.

· Creative freedom to deliver luxury-grade, production-ready designs.

· Collaborative, cross-functional environment with mentorship and growth opportunities.

· Access to cutting-edge tools and AI-powered design workflows.
