As a
UI/UX Designer,
you’ll be responsible for translating technical and complex AEC concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless web and software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Develop and maintain UI design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across applications

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions

Translate technical and complex AEC concepts into simple and user-friendly interfaces

Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance

Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs
Required Qualifications :
-
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development, ideally on complex enterprise or issue-tracking platforms

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, UI prototypes, and real-world implementations (especially dashboards, ticketing/issue systems, etc.)

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Hands-on experience with Angular OR React including SSR, component design, and performance optimization

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
-
Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and creating accessible, responsive UIs
