Senior Product Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead product innovation, development strategy, and cross-functional product initiatives for our growing international organization in Kuwait.

What you'll do:

Lead product development strategies from concept to launch
Manage product lifecycle planning and development initiatives
Conduct market research and identify customer trends and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and production teams
Improve product quality, performance, and customer experience
Coordinate product testing, timelines, and launch activities
Analyze market data and competitor trends to support decision-making
Develop product roadmaps and business growth strategies
Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage supplier and stakeholder communication related to product development
Monitor project progress, budgets, and product performance metrics
Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives

Requirements:

Experience in product development, product management, project management, or related roles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, or related industries is a plus
Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving business environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, product development, marketing, engineering, or related fields is an advantage
