Position Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs that new or improved products can fulfill. Review, analyze and compare competitors’ products, and meet customers to discuss their requirements

Lead Global Analytics product implementations to support existing or new business requirements by gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating solution designs, and contributing to benefit realization

Own and maintain product portfolio documentation, including roadmaps, product presentations, Product Solution Design documents and detailed design materials for any new product features

Ensure that products are fully integrated into end-to-end business processes

Ensure that training materials and documentation are done and provide as required training of new functionalities

Ensure COE practices, systems and tools are developed, maintained and marketed to support current and future business requirements at an optimal ‘total cost of ownership’ for customers

Travel estimate 10% of the time

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience

5 plus years of technical implementation experience with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform, Snowflake, or similar
