Role Summary:
Own day-to-day product execution for publishing & community experiences. You’ll
own the roadmap
, write
clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
, translate them into
UX designs/specs
with a
UX Designer (direct report)
, and partner with the
Engineering Manager (EM)
on architecture and delivery. Accountable for

Responsibilities:

Maintain and sequence the
roadmap
; break epics → stories → acceptance criteria in

.

Author PRDs
: problem & outcomes, scope, UX flows/wireframes, NFRs, analytics/KPIs, dependencies, risks, and release plan.

Ensure
traceability
: PRD ↔ UX ↔ user stories ↔ test cases; keep artifacts up to date.

Partner with
EM
on architecture choices, sprint sizing, and delivery plans.

Define
Definition of Ready / Definition of Done
; run grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness.

QA owner
: UAT plans, defect triage, regression gates, ship/no-ship calls.

Track
delivery vs. estimates
, surface risks early, communicate status crisply.

Improve publisher/editor workflows (CMS, moderation, taxonomy/tagging, search, feeds, notifications, SEO).

Use analytics for post-release learnings and iteration.
Requirements:

6–10 years
in product management for
digital publishing/community
products.

Proven
PRD craftsmanship
and product writing; sample PRDs appreciated.

Strong execution: backlog ownership, sprint operations, reliable shipping.

Hands-on with
Linear
; comfortable with Figma and similar tools.

Evidence of tight partnership with engineering on
architecture & delivery

Data-literate (funnels, cohorts, experiment readouts).

Arabic: required.
