We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our personal training charter at Curefit. This team is charged with transforming personal training into a scalable product and a core line of business across our gyms and fitness centers. Your role will involve deeply understanding user needs, defining user personas, and finding the product-market fit for personal training offerings at Curefit, driving penetration and retention within our subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for personal training as a comprehensive product offering, ensuring seamless integration across our digital and physical platforms.

Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, thereby informing product development and innovation.

Define and refine user personas for personal training, leveraging insights to optimize customer journeys and enhance user engagement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, engineering, format, and operations, to create and implement omnichannel experiences that cater to both end users and personal trainers.

Establish performance metrics for product initiatives and track progress to ensure alignment with business objectives and subscriber growth targets.

Innovate and iterate on product features and services to improve user satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product management, specifically within consumer-facing applications.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a highly regarded Tier 1 institution is preferred.

Strong quantitative skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and product development.

Demonstrated ability to define and articulate a product roadmap, including decision-making around UI/UX for all user interactions.

Proactive and action-oriented mindset, thriving in environments that require high ownership and adaptability.

Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus, particularly if you are familiar with the gym culture and market dynamics.
