- Professional Experience:15+ years of experience in product management, with a significant track record in a senior or lead product role for complex, technical, B2B, or platform products.
- Deep Financial Services/FinTech Mastery: Non-negotiable, extensive experience and deep subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- Core Banking, Payments, or Settlement Systems.
- Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency Custody, or Trading Platforms.
- Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or API-as-a-Product in a regulated space.
- Compliance Technology (RegTech), specifically AML/KYC platforms.
- Exceptional Technical Acumen: The ability to understand, discuss, and weigh in on complex technical concepts and architectural decisions with senior engineers.
- Strategic Leadership: A proven history of developing and executing successful product strategies that have delivered significant business impact.
- Agile at Scale: Mastery of leading product ownership within a large-scale Agile environment with multiple dependent teams.
- Executive Communication: World-class communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leadership
