Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a cutting-edge AI-powered digital testing and evaluation platform. The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategic direction and product roadmap, ensuring the successful deployment and scaling of the solution for large-scale government and institutional use. The role requires deep experience in product management, AI-native development, and large-scale systems deployment, with a focus on AI-driven innovation and rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for the existing digital exam system, aligning it with organizational goals and market demands.

AI Integration: Lead efforts to modernize the solution with AI capabilities, leveraging tools like Cursor, AntiGravity, and similar platforms to enhance the product's functionality.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, operations, and design teams to iterate on product development, ensure technical feasibility, and oversee deployment.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with public-sector organizations, educational institutions, and test centers to ensure the platform meets their needs at scale.

Product Launch & Scaling: Manage the product's new features lifecycle, from ideation through to large-scale deployment, ensuring seamless scaling and adaptability for diverse users.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and analytics to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Lead rapid product experimentation, incorporating feedback and making adjustments to drive continuous growth.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS, digital platforms.

Proven experience leading product development for large-scale systems in the public or private sector, particularly in education or testing industries.

Deep understanding of AI-native product development, including prototyping with Figma, experimentation, and rapid deployment.

Strong understanding of UX Laws and technical background to get them implemented, with the ability to engage with engineering teams on complex technical issues.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
