Senior Product Manager
About us
mazeed is a financial management platform that helps businesses automate accounting, simplify tax compliance, and stay ready for e-invoicing through a combination of localized software (SaaS) and Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS). We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.
We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations
Job Purpose
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive entire product domains — from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration. You’ll operate at a higher level of autonomy, influencing not just what we build, but why and how we build it.
You will play a key role in ensuring Mazeed’s product scales effectively across both SaaS and FaaS models, balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and business impact.
Your work will directly influence:
How customers adopt, trust, and grow with our SaaS platform
How internal teams operate efficiently and scale service delivery
How we prioritize investments across automation, accuracy, and growth
What You’ll Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area or domain (e.g., billing, onboarding, financial workflows, internal operations)
Lead product discovery by identifying high-impact opportunities through data, user research, and stakeholder input
Define clear problem statements and success metrics before jumping into solutions
Drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with engineering and design, ensuring high-quality execution
Make prioritization decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks
Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide iteration
Influence product direction and contribute to company-level strategy and planning
Mentor and support junior product managers when needed

What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or ERP-style platforms
Strong track record of owning and delivering complex product areas end-to-end
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with financial systems, tax workflows, or subscription billing
Experience building or scaling internal tools or operational platforms
Experience working in SaaS + service hybrid models
