Senior Product Manager

THE ROLE

What you'll own here.

• Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and align with venture theses
• Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit
• Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value
• Own the end-to-end product development process - from PRDs and wireframes through to launch
• Write clear product requirements and collaborate with designers and engineers to execute rapidly and iteratively
• Work closely with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility
• Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement
• Help evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development
• Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures
• Mentor junior product hires on best practices, agile methods, and lean experimentation
• Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with studio goals

THE PROFILE

You're probably a fit if

• You have 5-8 years of product management experience in early-stage startups, venture studios, or high-growth environments
• You've built and launched MVPs from scratch - not just managed roadmaps on existing products
• You're technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineers on system architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs
• You can build clarity and momentum out of greenfield ambiguity without waiting for someone to hand you a brief
• You have deep user empathy, strong product intuition, and the prioritization discipline to match
• You can work across multiple ventures at different lifecycle stages without things slipping
• You're fluent in both Arabic and English
• Bonus: experience in fintech, SaaS, AI, or consumer tech products
