Senior Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Location: Dubai, UAE Hybrid

About the Role

FATORAH Insurance Claims & Settlement DMCC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Health Claim Management Solution for the UAE and KSA markets.

This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams, including Backend Development, AI/ML, Data, and Quality Control. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and translate complex business and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Roadmap

• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing regulatory compliance requirements, customer needs, and technical priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities, such as automated coding, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
• Establish clear success metrics and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.

Requirements Engineering

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories, user journeys, and functional specifications.
• Create detailed acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin format.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Regulatory and Market Compliance

• Monitor and interpret healthcare regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including:
• NAPHIES
• Council of Health Insurance (CHI)
• Malaffi
• Nabidh
• Ensure the platform remains compliant with evolving standards and deadlines.
• Manage integrations with payers and aggregators such as Waseel and Dhaman.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to validate deliverables against the Definition of Done.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure successful and timely product delivery.

Client Implementation and Training

• Lead product configuration and workflow design during client implementations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications and ExperienceRequired

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in Healthcare IT, Health Insurance, or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Medical coding standards (ICD-10-AM, CPT, ACHI)
• Claims lifecycle, approvals, remittance, and denials management
• Healthcare payer and provider workflows
• Experience working with API documentation and understanding data structures such as JSON.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled healthcare products.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
• Product Management certifications such as CSPO or AIPMM.
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
