ZBD powers real economies in virtual worlds by enabling game studios, creators, and platforms to embed seamless payments and virtual currencies into their experiences. Whether players are purchasing in-game currency, creators are monetizing their communities, or developers are building new types of digital commerce, ZBD provides the infrastructure to make it happen.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the ZBD app - a real-money rewards app where users can earn by playing games, getting apps or taking surveys. In this role, you’ll run the app like its own startup, owning the roadmap, driving experimentation, and being accountable for overall business performance. Working closely with Ad Ops, you’ll turn inbound traffic into real value by shaping how we convert, engage, retain, and monetize users.
This role partners deeply with design, data, growth, and engineering to uncover high-impact opportunities and deliver features that push the business forward. Success requires fluency in gaming monetization and rewarded-play mechanics, along with experience scaling consumer products and optimizing LTV, retention, reactivation, and funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the ZBD app.
  • Drive the metrics that define success for the app across acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Develop and optimize rewarded-play, loyalty loops, virtual currency, and in-app economy systems.
  • Design and test new monetization mechanics inspired by leading gaming ecosystems.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage growth opportunities across messaging, funnels, incentives, and partnerships.
  • Lead a cross-functional team (engineering, design, data, ops, growth) to deliver rapid, measurable impact.
  • Work closely with Ad Ops to understand traffic quality, retention drivers, and monetization opportunities within user segments.
  • Deeply understand player behaviors through qualitative and quantitative insights; use data and experimentation to uncover opportunities across activation, retention, re-engagement, and LTV.
  • Partner with Payments, SDK, and BD teams to expand use cases, integrate new rewards mechanics, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Ensure the app remains compliant while still pushing for bold, creative product innovation.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise


  • 6–8+ years of product management experience; at least 3 years working directly on gaming, mobile consumer, or rewards-based apps.
  • Deep knowledge of gaming monetization strategies, rewarded play mechanics, virtual economies, and player psychology.
  • Strong understanding of UA, retention, lifecycle marketing, and cohort-based analysis.
  • Experience analyzing funnels, cohorts, and behavioral data using tools such as Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and event mapping, preferably with AppFlyer.
  • Experience working with partner and reward attribution platforms like Impact to track conversions and reward qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a product like a business, owning strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to think creatively and push boundaries while staying grounded in data.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills; able to rally teams around ambitious goals and move quickly.
  • Analytical rigor with experience running experiments, evaluating data, and optimizing performance funnels .
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in high-growth gaming apps, especially rewarded play or loyalty-driven products.
  • Experience with in-app economy systems, currency sinks/sources, and retention loop design.
  • Prior exposure to embedded finance, fintech, or payment integrations.
  • Familiarity with fraud, risk, or compliance considerations in consumer apps.
