Position Summary
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is building the next generation of retail & health media technology. We empower suppliers, merchants, store teams, brand advertisers, and agencies through full‑funnel media solutions powered by CVS’s unmatched in‑store and online data. Our reach, scale, and insight capabilities enable measurable outcomes—and we’re only getting started.
At the center of this transformation is a foundational, end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle platform that supports how campaigns are sold, planned, activated, optimized, measured, and billed across CMX’s onsite, in store, offsite, and experiential experiences.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and build this platform—owning core capabilities across sales and campaign workflows while identifying and activating AI‑driven and agentic use cases that improve how CMX operates at scale. This individual contributor role would be ideal for a hands‑on platform builder who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable navigating complex systems, and is motivated by building durable product foundations that unlock speed, consistency, and automation across teams.
