Product Strategy & Development

Design, develop, and refine deposit products aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Translate business goals into product roadmaps and feature requirements.

Lead new product initiatives and enhancements across SME.

Manage the performance of deposit products (balances, profitability, usage).

Monitor interest rate risk and deposit margin.
-
Conduct financial modeling and simulations to assess product impact.
-
Monitor and manage product-level profitability, including margins and fee income,
-
Prepare financial forecasts and performance analyses to optimize pricing strategies and interest/profit rate structures

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.

Recommend pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Work closely with IT, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, finance, and sales teams.

Coordinate product launches and ensure operational readiness.

Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements.
-
Monitor and mitigate product-related risks.
-
Develop and track KPIs (e.g., acquisition, retention, profitability).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with IT, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing to launch and maintain products.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement product changes or new initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of deposits product and portfolio management experience

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
