Title: Senior Product Manager (Healthcare RCM)

Reporting to: CEO / Head of Product
Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Health Claim Management Solution. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our Business stakeholders and our specialized Engineering teams (Backend, AI/ML, Data). You will own the product roadmap for the UAE and KSA markets, translating complex regulatory requirements (NAPHIES, Malaffi) into detailed, actionable user stories for development.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing regulatory compliance (KSA/UAE), customer feature requests, and technical debt.
Identify high-value opportunities to leverage our AI/ML capabilities (e.g., automated coding, fraud detection, predictive analytics) and define the acceptance criteria for these models.
Requirement Engineering (User Stories):
Translate high-level business requirements into extensive user stories and user journeys.
Create detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin) for the Backend, Frontend, and QC teams.
Maintain a groomed backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring the engineering team always has ready-to-work tasks.
Market & Compliance Alignment:
Serve as the subject matter expert for UAE (Malaffi, Nabidh) and KSA (NAPHIES, CHI) regulatory changes, ensuring the product remains compliant ahead of deadlines.
Manage the integration roadmap for third-party payers and aggregators (waseel, dhaman, etc.).
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with the Data Architect to define analytics requirements and dashboard needs for clients.
Work with the QC Team to validate that delivered features meet the strict "Definition of Done."
Client & Implementation Oversight:
Lead the "Product" side of client implementations, configuring the system workflow to match client SOPs.
Conduct product demos and training sessions for key stakeholders in Arabic and English.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within Healthcare IT, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Health Insurance.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical coding (ICD-10-AM, CPT, ACHI), claim cycles (e-Claims, Remittance), and approvals.
Technical Fluency:
Ability to read and understand API documentation (Swagger/Postman). You do not need to code, but you must understand data flow, JSON structures, and integration points.
Experience managing products that utilize AI/ML features is a strong plus.
Language: Native or Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory for client interactions in KSA/UAE.
Documentation Skills: Exceptional skill in writing clear, concise technical documentation and user guides.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical business leaders.
Nice to Have:
Experience with PostgreSQL (running basic queries to validate data).
Certification in Product Management (CSPO, AIPMM).
Experience with UI/UX prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq) to convey ideas to the Frontend team.
