Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager – WMS & Logistics owns the end-to-end implementation, rollout, and continuous optimization of Floward’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and post-order technology ecosystem. This role is accountable for building scalable, high-performance fulfillment and logistics systems that directly improve throughput, operational efficiency, cost per order, and customer experience. The position requires strong execution capability, deep systems integration expertise, and the maturity to influence senior operational stakeholders in a fast-scaling, high-complexity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
WMS Ownership & Rollout Execution:

Own the full lifecycle of WMS implementation, customization, and rollout across warehouses and cities.

Lead multi-warehouse deployments and ensure operational readiness.

Drive adoption, process standardization, and performance stabilization post go-live.

Continuously optimize workflows for picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory handling.
Fulfillment & Operational Performance

Improve operational KPIs including throughput, SLA adherence, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Partner closely with warehouse operations to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks.

Establish real-time visibility into fulfillment metrics and operational performance.
Last-Mile & Delivery Optimization

Optimize routing logic, driver capacity planning, and delivery orchestration.

Implement tools for real-time order tracking and proactive customer communication.

Improve on-time delivery rates through technology-driven enhancements.
Returns & Reverse Logistics

Design and optimize efficient, scalable return workflows.

Define return quality controls and reintegration processes.

Reduce return handling time and associated operational costs.
Technical Product Ownership & Integrations

Lead WMS architecture decisions and integration strategy across ERP, OMS, courier platforms, and inventory systems.

Oversee API integrations and system orchestration across the logistics tech stack.

Implement digitization tools such as barcode scanning, RFID, and inventory automation.

Partner closely with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable system design.
Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the product authority for fulfillment and logistics across the organization.

Collaborate directly with senior operational leadership (COO, Ops Directors) to align roadmap with business priorities.

Navigate cross-functional dependencies across warehouse, logistics, engineering, support, and finance teams.

Mentor junior product managers and promote best practices in execution and delivery.
Data-Driven Optimization

Use operational analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor KPIs such as throughput, delivery success rate, return rates, and cost per order.

Lead experimentation and process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience (Mandatory)
-
8+ years of product management experience.

Minimum 4 years of direct experience in WMS, logistics, or supply chain systems.

Proven ownership of at least one full WMS implementation or major system overhaul.

Experience leading multi-warehouse or multi-city system rollouts.

Demonstrated measurable impact on operational KPIs (throughput, SLA, cost per order).

Direct exposure to senior operational stakeholders (COO / Ops Directors).
Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on understanding of WMS platforms and logistics systems.

Experience leading complex integrations across ERP, OMS, courier platforms, and inventory systems.

Solid understanding of APIs, system dependencies, and operational tech architecture.

Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Strong analytical capabilities; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
