WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

WHAT WE'LL NEED

The Senior Product Manager, International Digital Experience leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Wingstop’s global digital ecosystem — including information websites, eCommerce web applications, and social media / MarTech platforms.

This role ensures Wingstop’s international guests experience a seamless, high-performing, and locally relevant digital journey. In addition to global product ownership, the Senior Product Manager also serves as the primary technology and product partner for the Middle East region, providing roadmap guidance, technology solutioning, and compliance governance. This role will be based in the GSC center in Dallas.

Global Product Ownership

  • Own the vision and roadmap for international websites, eCommerce webapps, and MarTech integrations, ensuring scalability and consistency across markets.
  • Lead country website launches from requirements through go-live, in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and agency partners.
  • Maintain rolling enhancement roadmaps for live markets, balancing local business priorities with global standards.
  • Oversee International Pixel Governance, ensuring consistent analytics, marketing tag deployment, and data privacy compliance.

Regional Leadership – Middle East

  • Serve as the technology product lead for the Middle East region, guiding roadmap development and execution.
  • Provide solution design and platform guidance to ensure local feature needs are addressed within the global framework.
  • Partner with regional marketing and operations to ensure digital compliance with brand, data, and privacy standards.
  • Support regional launch readiness, integrations, and vendor alignment for ongoing enhancements.

User Experience and Optimization

  • Champion exceptional user experience across all international digital touchpoints.
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation, partnering with design and analytics to validate and improve customer journeys.
  • Use insights and behavioral data to identify friction points, define improvements, and measure impact.
  • Ensure websites and apps meet Wingstop standards for performance, accessibility, SEO, and localization.

Data, Measurement, and Governance

  • Define and track KPIs for engagement, conversion, and campaign performance across markets.
  • Oversee analytics instrumentation, tag management, and pixel governance to maintain global measurement consistency.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and regional teams to ensure data governance and platform compliance.

Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Regional Technology teams to align priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate roadmaps, timelines, and progress transparently to global and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external agencies supporting platform delivery and performance.
  • Represent International Technology in forums related to digital experience strategy, scalability, and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 6+ years of product management experience in web, eCommerce, or digital experience platforms.
  • Proven success launching and managing multi-country websites, including localization and enhancement roadmaps.
  • Strong expertise in user experience, experimentation (A/B testing), and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful), MarTech tools, and tag management systems (GTM, OneTrust).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and regional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Middle East markets or regional technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of privacy and data compliance (GDPR, regional data laws).
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, APIs).
  • Background in franchise or multi-market environments.
  • Multi-lingual
