Delta is continuing its journey to evolve into a world-class retailer, transforming how we offer flights and related products while creating a smoother and more personalized experience for our customers. Our Digital Strategy is all about helping travelers easily discover, purchase, and enjoy high-quality options through delta.com and the Fly Delta app.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Digital Revenue team, focusing on Checkout. This role will shape and deliver the technology roadmap that supports seamless flight purchases. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers can complete their bookings with ease and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy
  • Define and maintain the business vision and roadmap for the Digital Experience Checkout product.
  • Ensure the roadmap aligns with Delta’s digital strategy and customer experience goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, UX, etc.) to gather and refine requirements.
  • Align product goals with broader enterprise objectives.
Execution & Delivery
  • Translate business needs into usable, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across other agile teams.
Communication & Reporting
  • Provide regular updates on roadmap progress to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Experience in digital product management, especially in e-commerce or travel tech.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • A strong track record in managing complex workflows and solving challenges
  • Sharp thinking and a natural curiosity to explore solutions
  • The ability to turn business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Excellent communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • A collaborative spirit and confidence working independently in fast-paced settings
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor’s degree, especially in fields like MIS, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
  • Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Analytics, eCommerce, or a similar area
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Exposure to commercial or operational functions such as Reservations, ACS, or IT
