Why This Role Matters:
The Senior Product Manager, Technical - Wireless is a technical and leadership role responsible for driving the technical execution, certification, testing, and lifecycle success of both wireless products across carrier networks and program management of feature and network enhancement changes. This role serves as the primary technical authority for carrier and OEM certification, network performance, chipset strategy, and product readiness, and the program management of changes which delivery the best possible customer experience. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, OEMs, carriers, and key industry partners to ensure products meet technical, commercial, and launch requirements.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
What You Will Do:
Technical Leadership and Product Execution

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for carrier and OEM product certification across all relevant functions within CCI.

Execute strategic product development plans, including oversight of lab testing, performance validation, and certification activities in partnership with carriers and internal Product Managers.

Own and perform device and service testing on the CCI network to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.

Manage internal Friendly User Trials (FUT) for all new products, ensuring feedback is incorporated prior to launch.

Own the day-to-day resolution of carrier network connectivity issues and technical escalations.
Program Management and Execution

Led complex technical enhancement (device, network, feature) cross functional programs from concept through delivery, driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Support device, software, network and feature enhancements in ensuring high quality readiness on partner networks which can involve workstreams which can be short (days) or several months in execution across phones, IoT products and network enhancements.

Built and executed multi month program roadmaps, balancing delivery of vision with completion against measurable milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.

Influenced senior leadership through clear communication, data driven insights, and well structured program updates that supported critical decision making.

Improved program execution by implementing scalable processes, governance models, and continuous improvement frameworks that increased efficiency and predictability.

Communicate product testing status, risks, and readiness to Portfolio Management, Logistics, and Operations teams to support successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Collaborate across the organization, with customers, and with key industry leaders to identify future technology and business opportunities.
Carrier, OEM, and Vendor Management

Manage daily communication and coordination with carrier lab teams, SIM providers, and chipset vendors.

Maintain close, ongoing working relationships with OEM technical teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market (GTM) timelines and launch activities.

Maintain the chipset roadmap and act as the technical authority for chipset strategy across the Product Portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-company and cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure product quality and certification success.
Operational Excellence

Make informed decisions within established guidelines, policies, and strategic objectives.

Handle routine and standard technical problems while escalating complex issues appropriately.

Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested to support business priorities.

Minimum Salary: $126,000

Maximum Salary: $176,000
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
