What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager – WM&WD Global Strategy & Value Creation who will join our team at Product Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

Work closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product roadmaps,
Strong analytical, marketing and product management skills and long-term approach,
Understand consumer insights,
Analyze market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
Lead the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need, to the product launch and analysis of market performance,
Manage global product strategy, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams,
Lead cross-functional team product projects to deliver new products to markets on time.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
Min. 8-9 years of experience in Product Management,
Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
Outside the box thinking ability,
Open to innovation culture,
Flexible and open to new perspectives,
A great team player with a self initiative mindset.
