Senior Product Operations Manager

Candidate should possess:

• Deep expertise in bare-metal, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), including architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Extensive hands-on and design-level experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2012–2025) and enterprise Linux distributions
• Strong command of core identity and infrastructure services , including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP , and their cloud equivalents
• Advanced understanding of network architecture and security , including routing, switching, firewalls, proxies/reverse proxies, load balancing, high availability, and clustering across on-prem and cloud environments
• Proven experience deploying, hosting, and tuning web and API-based applications using IIS, Apache, Nginx, and Kestrel in both VM and containerized environments
• Strong operational and architectural experience with database platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL , including high availability, backup, and performance considerations
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, storage, security, and cost optimization
• Practical experience with containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern application delivery patterns
• Strong experience with DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines , infrastructure automation, and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation)
• Expertise in monitoring, logging, and observability using NMS/APM tools , with the ability to define SLIs, SLOs, and operational dashboards
• Solid understanding of enterprise storage technologies , including cloud-native and software-defined storage
• Strong working knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN , and hybrid connectivity models (VPN, site-to-site, private endpoints)
• Good command of security technologies , including IAM, secrets management, hardening, and compliance controls
• Strong understanding of client–server and distributed system architectures
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and performance issues across HP and Dell enterprise server platforms , cloud, and containerized environments
• Ability to lead by example , work independently, and make sound technical decisions under pressure
• Highly analytical, research-driven, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability and automation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with development, security, and business stakeholders
