Senior Product Owner - Fulltime

Title: Product Owner - Customer Solutions

Location: Frisco, TX (5 DAYS ONSITE WITH TRAVEL)

Duration: Fulltime

Role Overview

The Product Owner - Customer Solutions is the primary customer-facing owner of product outcomes for assigned accounts. This role leads customer discovery, shapes high-level requirements (the what and why), and drives alignment through demos, feedback loops, and UAT readiness. You will partner closely with the India-based Technical Product Owner who owns execution readiness, decomposition, and engineering delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Customer Solutions role in software delivery.
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery environments and backlog management (Jira/Confluence or similar).
  • Demonstrated strength in customer discovery, requirements shaping, and executive-ready communication.
  • Ability to operate in distributed teams (USA customer + India engineering) with speed and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSPO/PSPO (or equivalent).
  • Experience with B2B workflow-heavy products, integrations, and customer-facing demos.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud delivery models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,097.59 - $95,000.00 per year
