THE ROLE
Temenos is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of core capabilities within our Wealth and Enterprise Solutions portfolio. This role is critical in bridging business needs, client expectations, and engineering execution to deliver high‑impact, scalable, and regulation‑ready solutions for private banking, wealth management, and enterprise banking clients.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and client‑facing teams to prioritize features, drive backlog execution, and ensure successful delivery across complex, enterprise‑grade products.
SKILLS
You will own and manage the end‑to‑end product backlog for Wealth and Enterprise banking capabilities, ensuring alignment with product strategy and client outcomes.
You will translate product vision and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
You will lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with agile delivery teams.
You will make data‑driven prioritization decisions balancing client value, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and time‑to‑market.
You will act as the primary point of contact between Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Client Services.
You will engage with internal stakeholders and selected clients to validate requirements, gather feedback, and ensure product-market fit.
You will support client implementations by clarifying functional behavior, configuration options, and roadmap alignment when needed.
You will apply deep understanding of Wealth Management and Enterprise Banking domains, including portfolios, discretionary mandates, advisory models, reporting, compliance, and integration with core banking platforms.
You will contribute to roadmap definition by identifying gaps, enhancements, and innovation opportunities across the Wealth and Enterprise ecosystem.
You will ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and scalability requirements across global markets.
You will ensure features meet high standards of quality, usability, performance, and resilience.
You will support testing and validation activities to guarantee readiness for release.
You will champion agile best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
You should have experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis / Product Delivery, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead Product Owner role.
You should have strong experience within banking software, ideally across wealth management, private banking, or enterprise banking solutions.
You should have proven track record working with agile (Scrum / SAFe) development teams in complex, enterprise environments.
You should have excellent ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
You should have strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
You should have experience working with global, distributed teams.
LOCATION
This role is hybrid and based in Downtown Orlando, FL. Candidates should be commutable to Orlando and comfortable working on-site as needed.
