Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Market Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Decor and Flooring categories through retail, B2B, and project channels.
- Guide showroom sales teams with product knowledge, display strategy, and upselling techniques.
- Generate new business leads through designers, contractors, and corporate clients for project sales.
- Develop combo offers and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., flooring + skirting + adhesive, or decor panels + matching profiles).
2. Product & Marketing Strategy
- Identify upcoming design trends, color palettes, and textures to introduce new decor panels, SPC collections, and wallpapers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and marketing for product launches, in-store branding, and digital promotions.
- Plan and execute showroom displays, ensuring visual appeal and strong brand presence.
- Propose margin and pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and profitability goals.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all decor and flooring products, ensuring design variety and timely replenishment.
- Track product performance and manage slow-moving items through clearance sales or targeted offers.
- Work with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain and distribution across branches.
4. Training & Team Support
- Train showroom and outdoor sales teams on decor and flooring specifications, installation know-how, and design coordination.
- Support branch staff with design presentations and client consultations.
- Coordinate with installation partners for client demos or project executions when required.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting category performance, margin, and customer feedback.
- Analyze fast- and slow-moving designs, regional demand variations, and pricing effectiveness.
- Recommend data-backed improvements for product display, marketing, and inventory planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly/annual sales and profit targets for Decor & Flooring.
- Category contribution growth to total showroom revenue.
- Inventory turnover rate and design availability.
- Execution of marketing campaigns and showroom displays.
- Growth in B2B/project client base.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in decor panels, flooring, or interior product sales.
- Strong understanding of textures, finishes, and current design trends.
- Proven sales record in both retail and project environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems for data reporting and stock monitoring.
