Responsibilities:

Supplier Discovery: Research and identify potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.

Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of suppliers, considering factors such as product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability.

Product Sourcing: Actively source products that meet specific product specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.

Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure that sourced products meet or exceed our standards.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging product opportunities.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product pricing.
Skills & Qualification:
-
3+ years' experience in product sourcing (Consumer Durables).
-
Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, P&L preferred.

Self-starter, and problem solver to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them.

Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast-paced environments ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.
