Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in any Electronic/ Electrical/Mechanical Manufacturing Industry

Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Responsibilities:

·Line Management: Drive OEE, line balance, and cost reduction.

Key Processes: Expert control over Winding, Varnishing (VPI), and Rotor Balancing.

Quality: Ensure low Noise and Vibration during testing. Lead defect RCA.

Tooling: Design and maintain assembly fixtures and SOPs
