Job Title: Senior Production Engineer

Location: Surajpur, Site C, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 4 – 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower and machines
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency
• Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, rework, and downtime
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety norms
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and shift records
• Support new product trials, process validation, and line balancing
• Train and guide junior engineers and shop-floor staff

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC)
• Experience in manufacturing processes and shop-floor management
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting
