Senior Production Engineer ( Wood/ furniture industry)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Engineer to join our factory team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in wood flooring manufacturing, a strong understanding of the industry, and good technical expertise within the woodworks.

· Oversees the entire production process.

· Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of products.

· Involves managing resources effectively, including labor, machinery, and raw materials, to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

· Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

· Responsible for working with Department Managers in improving process flow and eliminating waste within their department to achieve production output and quality goals.

· Responsible for developing new and improved methods for increasing material yields and reducing material waste.

· Prepare Job Order files and production schedules &Prepare material requirements

· Maximize productivity of machinery and workers by take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.

· Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment with an emphasis on reducing recordable injuries.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture, interior design, or related field).

· 2-5+ years of experience in the woodworks (flooring, furniture and architectural woodworks like doors, wood cladding, bathroom units, ceilings

· Work with AutoCAD

· Proficiency using Microsoft excel

· Good knowledge in mathematics, and good communicating skills

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
