Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Senior Program Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs within a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.

Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure program success.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful program execution.

Communicate program status, key milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies and tools.

Ensure programs deliver expected business value and meet success criteria.

Mentor and coach junior project and program managers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs with cross-functional impact.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar.

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
