Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs within a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure program success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful program execution.
• Communicate program status, key milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies and tools.
• Ensure programs deliver expected business value and meet success criteria.
• Mentor and coach junior project and program managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs with cross-functional impact.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
