Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee the quality, efficiency, and performance of both technical and business processes under the Concorde program. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and must be capable of operating in classified, unclassified, and sensitive but unclassified environments.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and designate an alternate in writing.
- Maintain full authority to act on all contract matters related to daily operations.
- Ensure availability during standard business hours.
- Collaborate with the Concorde Core team and customers to review and discuss requirements and associated data.
- Manage and supervise project teams in the development, enhancement, and O&M support of Concorde applications in a classified environment.Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of professional IT experience.

5+ years of project management experience implementing and maintaining web-based applications.

Proven experience directly supervising 10 or more team members.

5+ years of experience managing development teams using Agile or other development methodologies.

Active Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe)

ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certifications

10+ years of experience in program or project management roles.

Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Background in government contracting, defense, or regulated industries.

Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycles.

Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and execute on a day to day basis, while employing a hands on approach.
