Responsibilities

Program Leadership and Delivery

• Lead and monitor complex, cross-functional programs
• Coordinate projects across teams and stakeholders
• Apply structured change, risk, and resource management

• Lead and develop Program Associates and Managers
• Set and uphold high execution standards
  
  

Executive Influence and Alignment

• Manage senior stakeholders and drive accountability
• Provide recommendations supported by impact analysis and sound judgement
• Influence decisions and alignment without formal authority
  
  

Program Framework and Vision

• Evolve the program management framework with cross-functional partners
• Shape the medium- to long-term vision for planning and risk management
