THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD
The Program Manager Scheduler Senior will provide functional and specialized support, strategic direction, and oversight of the operations and business functions in support of AFRL enterprise, in particular the Aerospace Systems Directorate (RQ).
Responsibilities:
- Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs within a portfolio. A portfolio is a group of programs with common themes or are highly integrated to deliver a product or capability.

Integrate and link programs within a portfolio where programs leverage or require development from another program i.e. an integrated portfolio master schedule.

Identify deficiencies in schedules utilizing metrics from the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point assessment.

Assist business team in developing, refining, scoring and mitigating risks where schedule is a driver or input

Handle all official records IAW AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree

Minimum twelve (12) years’ related experience OR
-
Bachelors Degree
-
Minimum fifteen (15) years’ related experience
-
Five (5) years of experience must be within the DoD OR
-
Minimum twenty (20) years of directly related experience
- Minimum eight (8) years must be in the DoD
-
Active Secret Clearance
-
Project Management Institute Schedule Professional (PMI-SP) certification is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Be proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office Applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype, Teams, and Word), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Zoom, and applications for access to the World Wide Web (WWW) including MS Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox.

Have a basic understanding and be familiar with G-suite and other common, cloud-based services.

Be required to use or have experience and knowledge with other commercial or specialized computer applications.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others through tact, courtesy, and diplomacy and the
- Ability to maintain good working USG relationships.
