What this job involves:
The Senior Signage Program Delivery Manager provides high-level strategic oversight and leadership across our regional signage program. As a Senior Program Manager, Signage, you will be integral in driving strategic discussions, managing headcount, overseeing financial reporting, guiding technology development processes and procedures, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role delivers comprehensive oversight and stewardship across a suite of low-to-mid complexity projects and initiatives, predominantly related to signage upkeep and construction, requiring you to lead strategic planning and implementation for global signage initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will provide high-level oversight of signage projects while leading cross-regional teams and fostering collaboration to ensure consistency in project delivery across the APAC region, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional signage solutions that drive organizational success.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead strategic planning and implementation for global signage initiatives while overseeing development and execution of signage-related technology and process enhancements
Manage budgets and financial reporting for global signage programs including cost analysis and forecasting while overseeing headcount management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors serving as primary point of contact for strategic discussions and negotiations
Provide high-level oversight of low-to-mid complexity projects ensuring adherence to global signage standards and project objectives across APAC region
Develop Process and Standard Operating Procedures for signage program management while presenting updates on maintenance, construction, and projects
Present comprehensive reports on program status, financials, and strategic developments to senior management while coordinating vendor meetings
Offer technical expertise and impart training to colleagues while supervising assignments of junior staff members and signage installers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field with minimum of six years of experience in related field and proven track record in strategic planning and vendor management
Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting with strong leadership and team management skills in supervisory role
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead cross-regional teams across APAC
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, with ability to grasp new technologies and manage complex signage programs
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for global programs with cost analysis and forecasting capabilities
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring performance aligns with company standards
Experience providing high-level oversight of projects while ensuring consistency in delivery across geographic areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field with advanced strategic planning experience
Advanced certifications such as PgMP or PMP with proven track record in program management
Experience in signage-related technology development processes and procedures
Background in cross-regional team leadership with APAC market knowledge
Experience presenting to senior management with comprehensive reporting capabilities
Knowledge of global signage standards and compliance requirements across multiple markets.
