About the Role

Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh is seeking a motivated Senior Program Officer – Community Services & Volunteer Management to strengthen community engagement, lead impactful service projects, and manage a dynamic volunteer network. The role also includes donor reporting, budget planning, and frequent visits to interior Sindh for project and activity implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement & monitor community welfare service initiatives.
• Recruit, train & retain volunteers; develop recognition & engagement strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with communities, institutions & stakeholders.
• Organize awareness campaigns, workshops & civic engagement activities.
• Collect, track & analyze program data for reporting and evaluation.
• Prepare donor reports, success stories, and project documentation.
• Support budget planning, utilization & compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
• Conduct frequent field visits to interior Sindh to oversee projects and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related.
• 3–5 years’ experience in community services, volunteer management, or nonprofit program delivery.
• Strong skills in project management, budget handling, and donor reporting.
• Excellent communication in English, Urdu & Sindhi.
• Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively, particularly to interior Sindh.
