Oversee the Program Coordinator Office operations, including running morning and evening sessions, managing staff leave and attendance, and coordinating faculty meetings.
Handle student-related tasks such as preparing admit cards, midterm results, managing personal records, and processing various forms (library, ID cards, transport, and registration).
Manage course registrations, timetable coordination, thesis/project evaluations, and ensure the achievement of departmental targets.
Prepare fee challan forms, coordinate finance-related matters, manage stationery demands, and issue items to faculty and staff.
Oversee examination preparations, conduct exams, prepare date sheets, and manage course assessments and evaluations.
Address student queries and issues, communicate with parents regarding student activities, and participate in admission campaigns and recreational activities.
To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
Contribute to the development of module information packs, assignments and examination questions. As well as assess students progress and provide feedback.
Responsibilities

Handle administrative processes related to library, identification cards, transportation, and student registration forms.

Manage course registration processes and coordinate timetables for classes and examinations.

Supervise thesis and project evaluation procedures to ensure departmental standards are met.

Prepare fee challan forms and coordinate related financial activities in collaboration with the finance department.

Manage stationery supplies and distribute necessary items to faculty and staff.

Oversee examination preparations, conduct exams, prepare date sheets, and organize course assessments and evaluations.

Address student queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student activities and academic progress.

Participate actively in admission campaigns and recreational activities to enhance student engagement.
