Senior Project Architect

A highly experienced Senior Project Architect responsible for leading, designing, and delivering large-scale architectural projects. Expertise in concept development, design management, team leadership, technical drawings, coordination, and project execution. Ensures project quality, functionality, safety, and compliance while meeting client expectations and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop concept designs, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Manage design teams, allocate tasks, and review work progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and approval norms.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality checks.
• Manage client communication and present design proposals effectively.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical documents.
• Provide solutions to design challenges during construction stages.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools.
• Excellent project coordination & multi-team management skills.
• Deep understanding of building materials, codes, and industry standards.
• Strong visualization and conceptual design ability.
• Good command over working drawings & technical detailing.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Time management and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
