Senior Project Architect (Civil)

•Oversees, reviews and plans all Architectural aspects of construction projects in liaison with project consultants

•Advise consultants and contractors in Architectural Design Development

•Endorsement of final specifications, Survey Area calculations

•Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing

•Review bid specifications, Recommend Contractor Approval and administer contracts in liaison with Architects and Engineers

•Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendations regarding acceptance of construction work

•Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and relevant design and management software

•Have thorough knowledge of UAE codes and local regulations, Authority submissions and follow up with Authority comments

•Design and review related issues amendments to drawing design variations and prepare reports and correspondence for higher management approval

•Participate in final inspection of projects and make recommendations in acceptance and quality assurance of construction works
