Role
The Senior Project Consultant will provide strategic leadership and overall direction ensuring projects are aligned with the Client’s business strategy and delivered with strong governance, control, and stakeholder confidence.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and leadership across all PMC-managed initiatives.

Align project and program objectives with the Client’s overall business strategy and priorities.

Act as the primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders and senior leadership of the implementation and/or advisory partners, as assigned by the Client.

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Review and approve major project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

Guide senior project leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.
Requirements
-
15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Project Management, Program Management, or large-scale transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP)

Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities with the ability to influence at executive level.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, particularly with C-suite and senior partner organizations.

Solid understanding of technology, digital transformation, and consulting-led delivery models.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and governance skills.
