Senior Project Control Engineer -International Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Implement rigorous cost control measures, performing variance analysis and accurate forecasting.
• Oversee the claims and change order processes to protect project margins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing insightful progress reports and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Project Control and Cost Management, including developing baselines, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making on large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Planning & Scheduling tools and methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or professional certification in project controls is an advantage.
• Experience working on international infrastructure or energy projects, preferably with multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working in cross-functional project environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting.
