Senior Project Coordinator

Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of interior fit-out and architectural projects—from documentation and design coordination to site execution and client communication. The role involves close collaboration with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and site readiness.
• Organize and lead project meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track actionable points.
• Prepare project progress reports, updates, and internal/client documentation to support efficient communication and tracking.

Document Control

• Maintain and manage all project-related documentation including drawings, material submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, approvals, and contracts.
• Ensure proper version control, document tracking, and secure archiving for easy retrieval.
• Organize and regularly update drawing logs, material registers, and document control systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Prepare and submit complete documentation packages as per project requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out or Architectural Project Coordination within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary: AED8000 to 12000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
