The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Looking for 4 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

· New/Potential client coordination using lead generation

Setting up all meetings

Preparation of construction/project schedules

Preparation of BOQ’s Final BOQ approvals

Preparing invoices / Bills and following-up on payments

Updating records for invoices sent and settled

Maintaining updated statement of outstanding amounts as per BOQ payment schedule Receiving site instructions from Architect and issuing to site engineers and following on its completion

Preparing project budget and to report over-runs
Purchase - settlement - coordination of all vendors
Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and ordering-confirming delivery
Coordinating with clients

Project site visits New products - catalogs – vendors

Quantity Survey/Estimation

Drafting using AutoCAD Other proactive measures to improve business.

Qualifications

  • B.E Civil • 4-5 years of experience in construction project management or relevant fields
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills • Experience working with a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
