Senior Project Coordinator - Software Engineer

5+ years of experience in project coordination and management with strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
5+ years of experience in preparing project documentation, reports, dashboards, and managing schedules, risks, and dependencies.
4+ years of experience in stakeholder communication, issue tracking, and applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by maintaining effective communication, documentation, and coordination among stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining project governance and documentation standards. The coordinator will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and timely completion of deliverables.
