The Role:

• Develop technical project drawings and lead the preparation of interior construction documents including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, wall sections, details, schedules, and notations.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare drawing sets for city submittals and client reviews, supporting Project Managers in all technical aspects of project documentation.
• Oversee design coordination to ensure project design intent and objectives are maintained.
• Represent SDA in client, team, and construction meetings.
• Help organize and direct project teams to deliver complete and effective solutions based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design or interior architecture (retail and workplace preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp/Revit a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, and consultant coordination.
• Organized, self-motivated, strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
