Senior Project Director- POWER & UTILITIES

Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale EPC projects within the Red Sea development, including PV solar farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), district cooling systems, substations, and SCADA integration. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and delivery within cost, schedule, and quality targets. Drive innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in project execution.

Position Dynamics

• Managing multi-billion-dollar EPC contracts across diverse assets.
• Coordinating international contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Navigating stringent HSSE, environmental, and sustainability mandates.
• Leading risk-intensive execution phases under compressed timelines.
• Integrating SCADA systems across utilities for centralized control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

• 20+ years in EPC project management, with at least 5 years in mega-projects leadership roles.
• Proven track record in utilities, power, or water infrastructure projects.
• Experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.
• Expertise in EPC contract administration, risk governance, and claims management.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
