Responsibilities :


  • Participate in the preparation and evaluation of contractor prequalification documents, assessing their qualifications and capabilities.
  • Review tender submissions, analysing technical proposals, and contractual terms to support informed contractor selection, and prepare tender evaluation reports.
  • Review contract conditions to ensure fairness, clarity, and alignment with project goals and industry standards.
  • Manage and monitor project-related correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, documentation) to ensure clear and timely communication among stakeholders.
  • Work with project teams to develop detailed implementation plans, defining tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate construction contracts and be able to communicate with the site team and design team to respond to clarifications required during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to oversee construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure execution aligns with design and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management, documenting milestones, challenges, and key achievements.
  • Enforce quality control measures to ensure construction work meets contractual specifications and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop construction logistics and phasing presentations and constructability studies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP or Masters degree in Project Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management roles within similar projects.
  • Strong client-facing experience and a background in the tendering process.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, practices, and standards.
